Members are invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held at DRFC on Tuesday 21st April 2026, commencing at 19:00 sharp.
Recent operational changes, alongside increasing work and home commitments, have led to the resignation notices of three key members from both DRFC and the DRFC Facilities Committee. Their contributions have been invaluable, and they leave with our sincere thanks.
As a result, the club is now at an important point where we must bring in new volunteers to help guide the future running of DRFC—both on the rugby side and in the management of our facilities.
The EGM will outline the key roles that need to be filled and provide an opportunity for open discussion on how the club and its facilities can operate effectively moving forward.
The continued success of the club depends on the support and involvement of its members. We strongly encourage as many of you as possible to attend, share your views, and consider how you might contribute.
